i was born blonde but i started getting highlights about 4 years ago but its not really working asweel as id like it to it only looks good in the summer sometimes i have blue eyes and an oval shaped face???? what should i dooo?HAIRDRESSERS? my hair is only dirty kinda faded with some highlights blonde what should i dooo?
Ask for some more highlights. Get a ';blended'; look of different blondes. You could either warm or cool toned, but most blue eyed people are cool. I suggest cool tones of blonde (no necessarily ash but those can work as well), champagnes etc. Golden blondes could work but it really depends on your skin. Some can look way too fake and brassy and wash you out.
For oval shaped face...there are various short hairstyles you can have, layers work well too
