Yeah, Toni %26amp; Guy didn't leave me satisfied either. They take so much of your hair, even if you just ask them for a trim. I would definitely recommend Saks or Rush. They're really the best!

The best thing is go in for a consultation in different salons, bring picture of what you want, just have a chat see how you get along with the stylist and how she interprets what you want if all goes well with that and you feel comfortable then book in for whatever service you want, If you dont feel comfortable then you can try somewhere else. Most places consultation is free. but call around and check first.
Finding a hairdresser is very much a personal thing. Wherever you choose to go, tell them exactly what you do want and what you don't want and be clear. It can often help to take a photo of a style that you like or even a photo of yourself where you think your hair was looking good.
