How much do hairdressers/makeup artists make working for an agency doing editorial work?

I am a hairdresser but my goal is to be employed with an agency to do editorial work such as magazines, photo shoots, and runway. I also have been having trouble finding information and/or mentors to help me. So I'm just wondering how much they make in general.
