Cheap hairdressers won't do you hair as well, which is why they're cheap. You need to do your research. Another option is to get a student haircut from a professional hairdressing academy, they're only around 拢5 and although they have pretty much free reign on your hair for that price they always give people awesome cuts. Try Vidal sassoon or maybe RUSH.
